9.8 Returned Payments
Returned checks or declined credit cards will incur a $35 processing fee
Future payments may be required in cash or certified funds

10. APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Arbitration will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules
The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding

22.4 Termination of Dentist-Patient Relationship
We may terminate the dentist-patient relationship for:
Non-payment of services
Repeated cancellations or no-shows
Abusive or threatening behavior
Non-compliance with treatment recommendations
Loss of mutual trust
If we terminate the relationship:
We will provide 30 days’ notice (except for immediate safety concerns)
We will provide emergency care during the 30-day period
We will assist with transferring your records to a new dentist
You remain responsible for outstanding balances
23. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
23.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Smiles regarding use of the Website and services.
23.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable:
