Complimentary Second Opinion Consultation: Regular fee for comprehensive consultation: $200. Available to patients who have received a written dental implant treatment plan from another dental provider within the past 90 days. This complimentary consultation includes: review of existing diagnostic records, comprehensive oral examination, treatment plan consultation, and written alternative treatment options.
What is NOT Included: This complimentary consultation does not include new X-rays, CBCT scans, or diagnostic imaging. If additional diagnostics are needed for a complete evaluation, fees will be clearly disclosed before any services are provided. Additional procedures such as bone grafting assessment, tooth extractions, or sedation consultations are not included.
Eligibility: Available to new patients only who have received a dental implant treatment plan from another provider within 90 days of consultation request. Valid for 90 days.
No Obligation: This consultation is educational in nature and does not obligate you to proceed with treatment at Studio Smiles of Poway. You are free to return to your original provider, seek additional opinions, or choose any dental practice for your care.
